About Us
The Brazoria County Center for Independent Living (BCCIL) is a non-profit, nonresidential, federally funded, cross disability advocacy and resource Center run by and for people with disabilities. BCCIL is a satellite office of the Houston Center for Independent Living (HCIL), the first Center for Independent Living in Texas. BCCIL promotes the full inclusion, equal opportunity, and participation of persons with disabilities in every aspect of community life.
